Hatice İpek AYDIN
Attended the model plane, skydiving, glider courses organized by Turkish Aeronautical Association while studying American Culture and Literature at Hacettepe University during 2003-2008, and decided to pursue her career in aviation. In 2005, joined International Air Cadet Exchange project, and sent to Royal Air Force bases in the UK as a scholarship student to represent Turkish youth. In 2007, volunteered to work with mentally challenged children under European Voluntary Service, Rainbow project, implemented in Poland. In 2008, worked as a photographer in a show center in the USA. Her first professional experience was study abroad counselor at an Ankara-based study abroad firm. Started her aviation training in Turkey, completed substantial part of her training at Adria Airways Flight Academy in Slovenia. For 5 years, serving as First Officer and ground instructor for Boeing 737-800 fleet at Pegasus Airlines. In 2020, for ten months, served as a technical pilot for 737-800 fleet. Since 2016, serving as an interlocutor at TALPA. In 2021, joined as a Peer in TALPA-MDA (Peer Support Network) after training. Currently providing volunteerism-based support to her peers and young aviators on personal change, deep reading, ICAO Level English exams and aviation career planning.
Since 2022, serving for A320 fleet at Pegasus Airlines.
