Koray AYAN

Served as a Medical Sales Agent at Bristol Myers Squibb pharmaceuticals in 1998 and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals during 1999-2003.  Received PPL License from DUHA Aviation in 2005.  Attended and completed pilot training at Anatolian Stars Flight School during 2006-2008.  Received Airbus A320 Type Training and served as a co-pilot at Best Air during October 2008 - December 2009 where he also served as an assistant chief pilot.  Served as Vice President for Flight Operations and co-pilot as well as ground flight instructor at Turkuaz Airlines in 2010. Received "IATA DGR Instructor" certificate while working as an instructor.  During 2011-2014, served as co-pilot for, DGR instructor as well as A320 type ground instructor for Onurair.  In 2013, served as “Chief Ground Instructor”.  During 2014 - 2018, served as a co-pilot for A320 fleet at THY.  Since 2019, serving as a captain pilot for Boeing 737 fleet.  For TALPA-MDA (Peer Support Network) organization, he is providing social, emotional and behavioral fellowship to his peers who go through difficult times.
